Welcome to Tantra Therapies. By accessing our website, booking a session, or utilizing our services at any of our global wellness centers, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a mutually respectful and safe environment.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

All clients must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive any therapy session. By submitting a registration or booking request, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued photo identification prior to commencing any session.

2. Nature of Services & Professional Boundaries

Our therapies, including Somatic Bodywork, Nuru Massage, Cuddle Therapy, and Kundalini Awakening, are designed exclusively for emotional healing, stress relief, and nervous system regulation.

• Every session begins with a mandatory consultation to establish clear, unconditional physical and emotional boundaries.
• Any explicit, sexual, or inappropriate requests, remarks, or behavior directed toward our practitioners will result in the immediate termination of the session.
• In the event of termination due to a breach of conduct, the client will be required to pay the full fee for the scheduled time, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

To maintain our strict privacy protocols and staggered VIP arrivals, all sessions are strictly by appointment only.

• Arrival Time: Please arrive exactly on time. Arriving too early may interfere with the privacy of the departing client, and arriving late will result in a shortened session to accommodate the next appointment.
• Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the session fee and may restrict your ability to book future appointments.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Our practitioners are certified in holistic energy work and somatic touch, but they are not licensed medical doctors or psychologists. The services provided by Tantra Therapies do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

• It is the client's responsibility to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or severe psychological trauma prior to the session.
• If you are currently under the care of a medical professional, please consult with them before engaging in somatic bodywork or energy therapy.

5. Privacy & Discretion

6. Payment Terms

Payments for therapies are to be settled as per the instructions provided during your booking confirmation. We accept major secure payment methods. All completed therapies and services are non-refundable.

7. Modifications to Terms

Tantra Therapies reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
